Brand Reputation: Either part of a well-known franchise or a strong local brand presence that can attract and retain loyal customers.

Operational Excellence: Commitment to operational efficiency, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.

Community Engagement: Active engagement with the local community, fostering a loyal customer base through sponsorships, local events, and promotional offers.

Innovation and Adaptability: Ability to innovate with the menu, adapt to market trends, and leverage technology such as online ordering platforms to stay competitive.

Compliance and Licensing: Possession of necessary permits and licenses, with adherence to all health and safety regulations.
